Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 tilapia filets (6 oz each).
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika.
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley.
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper.
  • ½ teaspoon salt.
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges for serving.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat the tilapia filets dry with paper towels.
  3. Brush olive oil on both sides of the filets.
  4. Mix garlic powder, paprika, dried parsley, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
  5. Season both sides of the filets with the spice mixture.
  6. Place the seasoned filets in the air fryer basket without overlapping them.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes and flip halfway through until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

Temperature Check: The fish should reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C)

Don’t Overcrowd: Cook in batches when needed

Oil Tip: An oil spray bottle helps create an even coating
