My Fish Recipes (“we,” “us,” “our”) is operated by Inkova Media LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of:

Together, “the Sites.”
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
If you are using the Sites on behalf of an organisation, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organisation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to browse and use the Sites.
You must be at least 18 years old, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Sites only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others
- Submit false or misleading information, including at checkout
- Engage in any conduct that could harm the Sites or their users
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Sites, other users’ accounts, or our systems
- Use automated means to scrape, copy, or harvest content
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access-control features, including download limits
5. Accounts
Certain features require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe has been used in breach of these Terms.
6. Content on the Sites
6.1 User-Generated Content
If you submit content on the Sites (comments, recipes, reviews), you grant My Fish Recipes a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.
We may remove or refuse to publish any user content at our discretion.
6.2 Site Content
All content on the Sites, including text, images, graphics, recipes, and videos, is the property of My Fish Recipes or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Sites without our prior written consent.
7. Products and Purchases
7.1 What We Sell
We sell digital products, including downloadable cookbooks, recipe collections, and meal planning materials, delivered electronically. Digital products are not shipped and no physical item is sent to you.
We may also list third-party products, for example, a printed edition of one of our cookbooks sold through an external retailer. These are clearly identified, and clicking through takes you to the retailer’s own website, where that retailer’s terms, pricing, delivery, and returns policies apply, not ours. We are not the seller of those products and are not responsible for those transactions.
7.2 Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, including page count, format, and contents. Cover images and previews are illustrative. We do not warrant that descriptions are entirely error-free.
Before purchasing, please check that your device can open the file format stated on the product page. Incompatibility with your device is not a defect in the product.
7.3 Pricing and Currency
All prices are shown on the product page in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.
Where required by law, applicable taxes such as VAT are calculated at checkout based on your billing location and are either included in or added to the displayed price, as indicated during checkout.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
7.4 Orders and Contract Formation
Your order is an offer to purchase. Placing an order does not by itself create a contract.
A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we are unable to process payment. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
7.5 Payment
Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method.
We do not store your full payment card details. See our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled.
7.6 Delivery of Digital Products
After successful payment, we will provide access to your digital product by:
- A download link in your order confirmation email, sent to the address you provided at checkout; and
- Where you created an account, the Downloads section of your My Account page
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and working email address. If your confirmation email does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us at [email protected].
Download links are subject to a download limit stated at the time of purchase. If you reach that limit and still need access, contact us and we will reset it.
We aim to deliver immediately after payment. Occasional delays may occur for reasons outside our control, including payment verification or technical issues.
7.7 Licence and Permitted Use
When you purchase a digital product, you are not buying ownership of the content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it.
You may:
- Download and store the product on devices you own
- Print copies for your own personal use
- Cook and prepare the recipes for yourself, your household, and your guests
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or otherwise distribute the product
- Share the file, your download link, or your account credentials with anyone else
- Upload the product to any website, file-sharing service, cloud folder, or messaging group
- Reproduce substantial portions of the content in any publication, blog, video, or social media post
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice or watermark
- Use the content to create a competing or derivative product
- Use the content commercially, including in a restaurant, catering business, cooking class, or paid publication, without our prior written permission
We reserve the right to revoke your licence and terminate your access, without refund, if you materially breach these restrictions.
7.8 Right of Withdrawal, EU and UK Consumers
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases.
This right does not apply to digital content supplied immediately, where you have given prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By ticking the relevant box at checkout and completing your purchase, you:
- Expressly request that we begin supplying the digital product immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period expires; and
- Acknowledge that you will consequently lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.
If you do not give this consent, we cannot make the product available to you immediately, and your right of withdrawal remains available for 14 days from the date of purchase.
This section does not affect your statutory rights in relation to products that are faulty, corrupted, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Those rights are unaffected by anything in these Terms.
7.9 Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7.10 Availability
We may add, modify, withdraw, or discontinue any product at any time. Withdrawing a product does not affect purchases already completed, and you retain access to products you have already bought, subject to Section 7.7.
8. Nutrition and Health Information
We care about the health and well-being of our readers and share recipes to help you cook with confidence. However, My Fish Recipes does not provide medical or individualised nutritional advice. Our team is not composed of nutritionists, registered dietitians, or medical professionals, and statements on the Sites have not been evaluated by the FDA.
From time to time we may include estimated nutrition details (for example, calories and macronutrients). These values are provided as a courtesy only and are not guaranteed to be accurate, as results vary by brand, portion, substitution, and cooking method. You are responsible for verifying any nutrition information you rely on, using your preferred calculator or a qualified professional.
Allergen notice: our recipes feature fish and seafood, which are common allergens, and may reference other allergens including shellfish, nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. We do not guarantee that any recipe is free from any particular allergen. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, check all ingredients and packaging yourself and consult a qualified professional.
We also include practical guidance such as storage, reheating, and food-safety tips. When we cite sources, we aim to reference reputable websites; nevertheless, guidance may change over time and can differ by region or organisation. 9. Disclaimers
The content on the Sites is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. Use of the Sites is at your own risk.
The Sites and our products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Disclosure
The Sites may contain links to third-party websites we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked site.
We participate in affiliate programs and may earn commissions from products or services linked on the Sites, at no additional cost to you.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Sites at any time, without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including Sections 6, 7.7, 9, 10, 13, and 14.
Termination for breach may include revoking access to previously purchased digital products, without refund, where the breach relates to Section 7.7.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Sites after changes constitutes acceptance.
Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, United States.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
EU Online Dispute Resolution. Consumers in the EU may access the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
Informal resolution first. Before commencing formal proceedings, please contact us at [email protected]. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
15. General
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Sites and supersede any prior agreements.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, labour disputes, internet or hosting failures, or failures of third-party payment providers.
