Ingredients
- 4 opah steaks.
- Salt to taste.
- 4 tablespoons garlic and herb butter.

Instructions
- Pat the opah steaks dry and season both sides generously with salt.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the opah on the hottest part of the grill.
