Ingredients
- 2 pounds Mediterranean sea bass (lavraki), cleaned
- 1/4 cup olive oil to cook
- Salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste
Ladolemono Dressing:
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 grated garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Take your fish and pat it dry really well. Cut diagonal slits across both sides.
- Add salt and pepper generously. Drizzle olive oil inside and outside the fish.
- Place your pan over medium-high heat.
