- 400g wahoo filets
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- Butter for basting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C)
- Pat dry your wahoo filets with paper towels
- Mix olive oil, citrus juices, and seasonings in a bowl
- Place filets in a greased baking dish
- Pour the marinade mixture over the fish
- Top with sliced onions and dots of butter
- Cover the dish with foil
- Bake for 15 minutes covered
- Remove foil and broil for 5 minutes until lightly browned
