- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk

Instructions
- Clean the crabs by removing:
- Top shell
- Gills
- Mouth and eyes
- Tail flap
- Internal organs
- Rinse thoroughly under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

- Whisk eggs and milk in another bowl
